LANSINGOn Oct. 23, in the 30th Circuit Court in Ingham County before Judge James Jamo, Anne Minard, 38, of Bath Township, pled guilty to two felony charges pursuant to a plea agreement, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
