GLADWINThunder on the Strip returned to Zettel Memorial Airport Saturday. The popular drag racing event drew 128 drivers to the “Christmas Tree” at the starting line for a total of 358 races.The fastest speed posted on the day was 126.43 miles per hour on the quarter-mile strip of runway.
