In early Oct. 2022, Jeff Soulliere, a Council on Aging (CoA) Home Delivered Meal Driver, was delivering meals to homebound seniors and made a new stop along his regular route.
The home he arrived at belonged to a woman named Deb. She had recently had her meals started through the program, therefore this was her first visit from the CoA.
