The first junior varsity football game of the season kicked off Thursday night at Beaverton and the score was the same at the end of the game as it was at the beginning as the Beavers battled Evart to a 0-0 tie.
“Obviously, we wanted to win,” said Beaverton coach Will Gaudard, “but the biggest thing we needed to do tonight was find out how good we are after eight practices.
