David L. Simons
David L. Simons “Pops”, age 67, of Gladwin passed away on Tuesday July 14, 2026. He was born on May 16, 1959 in Flint.
He started his career working at General Motors. He spent many years with them and later in life worked at Wolverine until his retirement. David enjoyed playing video games, golfing, and bowling. Most of all, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He cherished the moments spent with them.
David is survived by his daughters: Stephanie Fett, Christine Simons, and Samantha O’Neil; son, David Simons II; grandchildren: Colton, Jordan, Nyla, Collin, Alivia, Ryan, Dawson, and Javonte.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
