Archery tourney makes first stop in Beaverton

BEAVERTON

The arrows were flying over the weekend at Calhoun Campground, which welcomed the Michigan Archery Association’s MAA 720 Tournament for the first time.

About 75 shooters, ranging in age from 7-75, competed in a variety of divisions for different bows and targets on Saturday and Sunday, bringing family and friends with them.
