Fred Behring and his 1938 Ford won Best in Show honors Saturday at the Second Annual Gladwin Summer Street Fest Car Show. Behring, of Harrison, accepted the trophy from Miss Gladwin County Bree Visser, stood by his prized machine and then headed off out of town at the end of the festivities....
