    Atough course, an injury to a top player and fierce competition all added up to a rough weekend for the Gladwin golf team.

    The Flying G’s were at Kitke Golf Course in Big Rapids for a 36-hole tournament Friday and Saturday and wound up toward the back of the pack, tied for 18th place with a team score of 792.
