The great indoors was a good place to get started for the Gladwin soccer team.
The weather outside is still a bit frightful, but the Flying G’s took on host Standish in a scrimmage recently to kick off the new season.
Standish is one of the teams the Flying G’s will be taking on in this year’s firstever battle for a Jack Pine Conference title.
