Time was running out on the Gladwin hockey team Saturday afternoon.
The Flying G’s were locked in a tough battle with the Genesee Generals and trailed 4-3 after giving up a goal with 9:55 left in the game.
The visitors held onto the lead for another seven minutes when Gladwin erupted for three goals in a span of less than two minutes and then held on for an exciting 6-5 victory.
