Seth Mead raced to the front of the pack for the Gladwin boys’ cross country team Saturday, setting a new school record by winning the gold medal at the Northern Michigan Meet of Champions at Veterans Serving Veterans Park in Cadillac in a sizzling time of 15:25.8.
