The Gladwin girls’ track team is having a banner season and got together for a celebratory photo after winning the championship at the Nite Trax Invitational Friday at Meridian.
Gladwin’s Breanna Campbell won the 100 meters Friday at Meridian.

The starter’s pistol went off at two meets last week and the Gladwin girls’ track team took off and ran away with both of them.
“We looked very good,” said Flying G’s coach Kernie Gilliam. “The throwers are really coming on, we’ve been doing really well in the hurdles and our distance team is exploding with improvement.
