You’ve got to walk before you can run. The Gladwin girls’ basketball team put a little twist on that old cliché by needing to make a run before stepping into the win column Thursday night with a much-needed 40-38 victory over visiting Harrison.
“The first win is always the hardest,” said Flying G’s coach Nic Taratuta, “and it was definitely nice to get this one.
