After the first basket, the rout was on Thursday night when the Gladwin boys’ basketball team rolled to a 79-22 victory at Farwell.
“They knocked down the first shot of the game,” said Flying G’s coach Mike Verellen. “From that point on, we didn’t look back.”
Gladwin led 17-6 at the end of the first quarter and things didn’t improve much for the Eagles the rest of the way.
