Arough weekend was developing for the Gladwin hockey team during the first period of Saturday’s game at Troy.
The Flying G’s had already lost 10-4 at Novi the night before and found themselves trailing 3-0 before things began looking up.
In a big way. Ike Wheeler got the locals on the board with a goal from Moe Newman and Landin Woods to make it 3-1 heading into the first intermisssion.
