BEAVERTON
Last season was good, but not great, for the Beaverton baseball team.
The Beavers finished with a nice overall record of 23-12 and managed at least a split in their games with every team in the Jack Pine Conference, except Standish and Pinconning.
Standish, of course, made it all the way to the Division 2 state championship game and was far and away the best team in Division 1 of the JPC.
