    The first win of the season is in the books for the Beaverton soccer team, which evened its record for the season at 1-1-1 Thursday by rolling to a 4-0 victory at Shepherd.

    The first half was scoreless for quite awhile before Piper Carland found the net to stake the Beavers to a 1-0 halftime lead.
