All-State duo lifts Gladwin boys to top 10 at state meet

Seniors Elijah Christensen and Seth Mead ran to All-State honors Saturday to help the Gladwin boys’ cross country team crack the top 10 in Division 2 for the second year in a row at the state meet at Michigan International Speedway.
Christensen set the school record earlier this season, only to have his mark broken by Mead.
He took it back for good at MIS, placing sixth in a time of 15:18.
