The My Michigan Health table provided info on safe sleep and choking prevention for babies at the Gladwin County Winter Carnival. Beaverton’s Lynn Heiple, meanwhile, gave out free haircuts.

GLADWIN
The third annual Gladwin County Winter Carnival was held Friday at the Knights of Columbus Hall and a total of 28 organizations were on hand to rely a wide variety of information to residents seeking assistance.
The event was put on by the Great Start Collaborative, which is part of the Clare-Gladwin RESD. The K of C donated use of its building for the event.
