GLADWIN
George Alward announced this week that, due to circumstances beyond his control, he will be dropping out of the Gladwin city mayoral race in the upcoming November 5 election.
Alward thanked all of his supporters for their backing.
He also encouraged voters not to fill in a circle just because it is there to be filled in.
