The Gladwin junior varsity football team ran its record to 5-1 Thursday with a 27-14 victory at Shepherd.
The visitors led just 7-0 at halftime on a touchdown run by MJ McDonald, but broke things open quickly thereafter when Mason Cameron returned the second half kickoff all the way for a touchdown.
The Blue Jays scored in response, but a quarterback run by Jacob Pahl put the flying G’s back…
