There was another successful Gladwin/ Beaverton Community Food Distribution (GBCFD) in the parking lot of Christ the King Lutheran Church on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
Over 16,500 lbs. of food from the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan was passed out to 226 households, serving 527 individuals. This distribution would not have been possible without the 24 volunteers who came out to work.
