Quilt of Valor Foundation awarded a beautiful quilt to David LeBlanc, as an expression of gratitude from a grateful nation, in honor of his service to our country. The quilt was presented to David at the Secord Eagles on Sunday, September 15, by Leslie Walters, a presenter for the Quilts of Valor Foundation. The quilt is meant to offer comfort. David said he felt honored by the award.
