On Wednesday, January 24, Congressman John Moolenaar was in Harrison to present military honors to retired U.S. Air Force Veteran Kelly Van-Y. The ceremony took place at VFW post 1075 in Harrison, where Moolenaar presented Van-Y with 16 honors he earned while serving in the Air Force and Montana Air National Guard.
