The first 19 games of the season were pretty much blue skies and sunshine for the Gladwin soccer team.
The Flying G’s posted a record of 19-1, winning their games by an average score of 5-1, rolling to another Northern Michigan Soccer League championship without a scratch and earning a berth in the Division 3 district final.
