Betty Lou McLeod, age 85, of Gladwin, passed away October 7, 2023. A memorial service will be announced at a later date with interment in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Betty was born November 1, 1937 in Romulus, the daughter of Alec William and Katherine (Clemons) Clark. She married Stuart McLeod in 1956. Betty enjoyed snowmobiling, boating and travel, especially her trips to Daytona. She loved her grandchildren, enjoyed spending time with them and attending their events.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Stuart; children, Greg (Theresa) McLeod, Becky (Mark) Wilson and Carrie (Rick) North; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes. com.
