On June 8, the Gladwin Rural Urban Fire Department was dispatched at 1:15 p.m. to 815 W. M-61 in Buckeye Township due to a 1,600 square foot barn fire. With the aid of Butman and Secord townships, the fire was under control in around 20 minutes.
