Gary L. Myers
Gary L. Myers, 84, of Gladwin, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023. He was born on October 30, 1938, the son of Clarence and Madeline Myers in Midland.
He was a proud veteran the United States Navy. On August 21, 1969, he was united in marriage to Wanda Hect in Tawas.
She preceded him in death in 2006. He retired as a skilled tradesman from General Motors Buick in Flint. He loved fishing, playing cards, and pranking his children and grandchildren. He was a fun lovable gentleman that will be dearly missed.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Julie Colman, Michelle Barkley, Gordon (Toni) Gross, Jeff Myers, James Myers, Marie (Brent) Shipperley, and David (Robin) Myers; numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and great-grandchildren; along with his brother, Doug (Nancy) Myers.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda; daughter, Susan; sisters, Barb and Sharon.
Funeral Mass will be conducted at a date and time to be determined at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gladwin. He will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Gladwin.
