After a couple years of waiting and then a couple weeks of “soft openings” to train the staff, Char Stone House will host its Grand Opening tomorrow with a ribbon cutting event scheduled for 2 p.m. The brick oven bistro and wine bar is located at 500 W. Cedar Ave.
