The Northern Michigan Alliance for Children brought its Paint The Pavement project to Gladwin Monday for the second year in a row.
Young artists and their parents gathered on S. Bowery Ave. near the Courthouse to decorate the street with art and it now features the same kind of color and flair as the road in front of the entrance to the Elementary School.
