ASpecial Meeting of the Gladwin City Council was held before a large crowd of onlookers on July 29 at City Hall specifically for negotiations for City Administrator Kimberly Hines’ contract.
The Council had received a proposed three-year contract submitted by Hines prior to its Regular Meeting on July 20 and set up the second meeting to cover its specifics after more time to study it.
