Strong pitching and plenty of offense lifted the Gladwin softball team to a doubleheader sweep of visiting Farwell last Wednesday.
Alexis Farrow pitched a complete game in a 7-4 victory in the first game. She gave up eight hits and walked one and was charged with only two earned runs while racking up 12 strikeouts.
Clair Sobeck went 3-for-4 at the plate with a homer and a double.
