Gladwin’s Lily Miller battled to a second-place finish at 135 at the individual district tournament Sunday to qualify for this weekend’s regional.

The girls’ wrestling state tournament is underway and both Gladwin and Beaverton will be represented at Sunday’s individual regional at Cadillac after a total of six athletes qualified last weekend at Grayling’s district.
Leading the way for Gladwin will be Brielle McKinnon, who won the district championship at 155.
