As the holiday season approaches, remember the Beaverton Lions Club in your year-end and long term planned giving.
The Lions Club has a long tradition of providing Christmas assistance for those in need. They work with the Christmas Kindness Program to identify families who are struggling and families in which the adults were recently unemployed. Last year the Lions helped nearly 20 local families who met the criteria. They will continue the Adopt a Family for Christmas program this year.
