    The Gladwin Junior High School girls and boys cross country teams competed at the Hawk Middle School Invitational in Saginaw on Sept. 13.

    The girls ran first in the nice cool morning. Vada Povey (15:42), Izzy Hurst (15:46), and Chloe Johnson (16:37) all medaled. Also earning a personal record (PR) in the mile race was Pyper Cushing.
