Saginaw physician charged with Medicaid fraud

On Wednesday in the 54B District Court in East Lansing, James Carthron, M.D., 61, of Saginaw, was arraigned on 23 counts of Medicaid Fraud – False Claim, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
