    GLADWIN

    Adecision on whether to offer Interim City Administrator Kimberley Hines a one-year contract to continue on at her post is on hold in the wake of Monday’s Regular Meeting of the Gladwin City Council.

    A motion was passed to authorize a criminal background check for Hines and then take the results into account at the next meeting.
