Victory was elusive last week for the Beaverton softball team.
The Beavers hosted two Jack Pine conference doubleheaders and a pair of games at the Shark Invitational at St. Louis and came away emptyhanded.
Last Tuesday at Bullock Creek, the mercy rule came out twice as the locals lost the first game 13-1 and the second game 18-3.
