Two completely different games resulted in a doubleheader split last Tuesday when the Beaverton baseball team hosted rival Gladwin.
The Flying G’s dominated the first game and invoked the mercy rule with a 15-2 victory.
Mason Meier went the distance on the mound to get the victory.
Seth Mead had a big day at the plate, going 4-for-5 and driving in five runs.
