On Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 12:22 a.m., A Clare County Sheriff Deputy was on a traffic stop on Main Street near Evergreen Trail in the Village of Farwell, in Clare County. During this traffic stop, a white in color 2022 Tesla Model 3 drove passed the area of the stop, failing to slow down or move over and almost struck the deputy and his patrol car.
