Riverwalk Place Jeep Creep 2025 will take place on Friday, October 17; and Saturday, October 18, 2025. there will be off-roading, live music, vendors, and fall festivities at Riverwalk Place in Gladwin, MI. All are welcome and this event is free for spectators.

Food distribution at Christ The King

GLADWINThere was another successful Gladwin/ Beaverton Community Food Distribution (GBCFD) in the parking lot of Christ the King Lutheran Church on Saturday, Sept.20, 2025.Approximately 14,000 pounds of food from the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan was passed out to 215 households.

It was brought to the attention of the Gladwin County American Legion Post 171 that the flag for the Gladwin Intermediate School (GIS) was in need of a replacement.

Cadillac man arrested in Seattle, convicted under Operation Survivor Justice

LANSINGOn Friday, Sept. 12, Edward Eugene Smith, 34, formerly of Cadillac and most recently residing in Seattle, WA, was convicted by plea in the 28th Circuit Court in Wexford County, for crimes committed in 2018 against a then-15-year-old victim, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
