Early morning fire ravages Lambert’s Meat Market

On Wednesday, July 19, Gladwin Fire was dispatched at 12:45 a.m. to Lambert’s Meat Market at 624 E.
Cedar Avenue, for a commercial structure fire after a passerby called 911. The production and storage area was heavily involved with flames when it was discovered.

Man arrested for felonious assault and brandishing a firearm at fair

On July 14, the Gladwin Police Department was dispatched to the Gladwin County Fair for a female who said a male had pulled a gun on her. It was reported that the suspect said someone in a vehicle called them a racial slur, in turn, the suspect brandished a realistic BB gun as a scare tactic.
