Jason Ash named Michigan Works! Alumni of the Year for Gladwin County

GLADWIN COUNTY Jason Ash is a young father with a bright future, thanks in part to his partnership with Michigan Works! Region 7B. Jason – along with five other alumni and one employer – was honored at a special dinner event at Riverwalk Place in Gladwin on Monday, Dec. 11.

BEAVERTON The City of Beaverton has their own scout elf at Sugarbeet Blooms & Bridal, named Ali the Elf. Owner of Sugarbeet Blooms & Bridal, Kim Shea, said that Ali has given her team at the store the opportunity to share their own elf on the shelf story with the Beaverton community.

BEAVERTON Around 80 to 90 thousand gallons of water in Beaverton is flowing through the new iron removal plant per day. On November 20, the iron removal plant, located on the corner of 3rd St. and Brown St. in Leo Ross Park, went into operation.
