Wood chip water heater hands-on workshop upcoming

There will be a hands-on workshop for attendees to learn how to build a compost hot water heater on Saturday, October 26, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., at 2900 W. Howard Road in Beaverton. The event is free, but has a $20 suggested donation. Attendees can bring a snack or lunch for themselves.

On Wednesday September 18, 2024 at 8:38 p.m., Gladwin County Central Dispatch received a call of a single vehicle crash on Weber Road west of Hawkins Road in Buckeye Township. Deputies and rescue personnel were dispatched to the crash.
