The first of three days of Vintage Snowmobile Races scheduled to be held this winter at the Gladwin County Fairgrounds took off Saturday with an excellent turnout.
A total of 273 sleds entered with racers coming from throughout the state, Ohio, Pennsylvania and one who said he traveled “over 600 klicks” from north of Toronto to compete.
