Happy spring everyone, and with the new season comes increased traffic on our roadways. I’ve had several requests from our community members to address the four-way stop at M-18 and Dale Road. The concerns they had were three-fold, first: the complete disregard for the stop signs, second: motorists just not knowing the four-way stop rules, third: tinted windows.
