Secord Fire Department has received a grant-funded underwater drone. The drone can go 380 feet below the water, and 680 feet away from the operator. It has cameras, a grab claw, and will supplement a rescue boat with live view sonar. If anyone is interested in joining the department to help the community, please email firechief@secordtwp.com.
