The Gladwin City Council held a Special Meeting Monday to hold a workshop on the City Budget for 2025-26.
The current budget expires on June 30. Mayor Sarah Kile and seven Council Members discussed a rough draft of the new budget with interim City Administrator Kimberly Hines and City Treasurer Angela Bigham.
Council Member John Caffrey was unable to attend and was excused.
