    BEAVERTON

    The first step toward forming a Ross Lake Improvement Board was taken Monday night at the Regular Meeting of the Beaverton City Council.

    The Council unanimously approved a resolution allowing for the formation of a lake board, which could ultimately lead to a special assessment roll for residents along the lake and tributaries to deal with removing weeds and making other improvements.
