On Sunday, Jan. 18, 2026 at approximately 12:19 p.m. the Clare County Central Dispatch received a report of a two-vehicle crash on southbound US-127 near Colonville Road in Grant Township. Reports indicated a vehicle traveling on northbound US-127 had crossed over the median and struck a vehicle traveling southbound head on.
